Terms of Use

  1. The Meeting Assistant is provided as a feature of Melty Palette to organizations (tenants) under a service agreement with A-Rise Inc. Individual use outside a tenant agreement is not offered.
  2. You may use the recording bot only for meetings you are authorized to record. You are responsible for complying with applicable recording-consent laws and the terms of the meeting platform you use.
  3. Do not use the service to record third parties without notice, to infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights, or to interfere with meeting platforms.
  4. The service is provided "as is"; recording may fail if the bot is not admitted to the meeting or due to platform-side changes. Our liability is limited as set out in the tenant service agreement.
  5. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to tenant administrators. Questions: akamatsu@a-rise01.com
